TARIFFS (courtesy English translation)
This text is a courtesy translation. The Ukrainian version (https://vladik.help/uk/pricing) is the legally binding one; in case of discrepancy the Ukrainian text prevails (clause 1.6 of the Offer). This translation corresponds to revision No. 1.0 of 21.09.2026 of the Ukrainian original.
Revision No. 1.0 of 21.09.2026. Effective from 21.09.2026. The Tariffs page forms part of the Public Offer (https://vladik.help/uk/offer); the package price is fixed in euro at the moment of acceptance (clause 6.1 of the Offer) and is not raised for Stages ordered under a concluded Agreement.
Package "Admission to Italian universities"
Launch price — €490 (applies to Agreements concluded while this revision of the Tariffs is in force). The standard package price is €750; the move to the standard price happens only through publication of a new revision of the Tariffs and does not affect Agreements already concluded (clause 14.2 of the Offer).
Consulting and informational services on admission to higher education institutions. The services are provided by consultants — natural persons; the Personal Account is used as a means of communication and document exchange. You confirm the documents and press Submit — we file the application on the university portal on your instruction; university fees and consular procedures remain yours. The whole price is paid at once; if you prefer, in three instalments before each Stage (30% / 40% / 30%). The same allocation is the basis for refunds of Stages not commenced:

Payment in hryvnia: the amount due is fixed in the Invoice at the official NBU rate on the day it is issued; the Invoice is valid for 3 banking days (clause 6.3 of the Offer). Payment with a card issued outside Ukraine — in euro, without conversion (clause 6.4 of the Offer).
Additional services
Translation of documents — on a separate order in the Personal Account (clause 5.9 of the Offer). The price depends on the document and is shown in the Personal Account before you confirm the order; it is paid separately from the package. Ordering the translation from us is optional — a translation from any translator is accepted.
What we do and do not warrant. We do not warrant enrolment, a scholarship or a visa — those decisions are taken solely by universities and state authorities. We warrant the completion of each Stage's task list, fixed in the Personal Account before the Stage begins, and a 6-month Warranty Period for the Stage's services (clauses 8.1, 8.5 of the Offer).
- Prices exclude VAT: the Contractor is a single-tax payer of the third group (Ukraine), is not a VAT payer, and no VAT is charged.
- The price excludes payments to third parties: university fees, consular fees, apostilles, certification and the like — you pay those directly yourself (clause 6.9 of the Offer).
- You can stop after any Stage: with instalments — simply by not paying for the next one; after full payment — by letting us know; the money for Stages not commenced is refunded (clause 5.5 of the Offer, Refund Policy).
